Sch 5 para 8
(1) A person commits an offence if— (a) he fails without reasonable excuse to comply with a requirement under paragraph 1(1) or 6(3), or (b) he intentionally obstructs the exercise of any right under this Schedule. (2) A person guilty of an offence under this paragraph is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
