s 23 Conduct of licensed activities
(1) Directions may impose requirements in relation to the conduct of the activity which a licence authorises to be carried on. (2) Directions under subsection (1) may be given in relation to licences generally, licences of a particular description or a particular licence. (3) A person shall comply with a requirement imposed by directions under subsection (1) if it is applicable to him.
