In section 279(2) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (health service practitioners)— (a) for “or primary dental services” substitute “ , primary dental services or primary ophthalmic services ” , (b) at the end of paragraph (b) add “ or under a contract under section 117 of the National Health Service Act 2006 entered into by him with a Primary Care Trust, ” .
