(1) In Schedule 7 (the Commission for Social Care Inspection: supplementary) paragraph 3 is amended as follows. (2) In sub-paragraph (1) for “relevant Special Health Authority” substitute “ Secretary of State ” . (3) Omit sub-paragraphs (2) and (6) to (8).
