s 84 Short title and extent
(1) This Act may be cited as the Health Act 2006. (2) Subject to subsections (3) and (4), this Act extends to England and Wales only. (3) The following provisions extend also to Scotland and Northern Ireland— (a) Chapter 1 of Part 3, (b) Part 5, and (c) sections 75, 76, 77, 79 to 83 and this section. (4) Any amendment, repeal or revocation made by this Act has the same extent as the enactment to which it relates.
