(1) In Part II of Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975 (c. 25) (bodies all members of which are disqualified) at the appropriate place insert— “ The Commission for Equality and Human Rights. ” (2) In Part III of that Schedule (other disqualifying offices) at the appropriate place insert— “ Investigating Commissioner of, or member of a decision-making committee of, the Commission for Equality and Human Rights. ”
