In Schedule 4 to the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (disclosure)— (a) paragraphs 13, 14 and 46 shall cease to have effect, and (b) after paragraph 53A insert— Equality Act 2006 (53B) Section 6 of the Equality Act 2006.
