Sch 1B para 13 Arrangements for conflicts of interests
The constitution must include— (a) provision about the arrangements to be made by the integrated care board for discharging its functions under section 14Z30 (1) to (4), and (b) a statement of the principles to be followed by the board in implementing those arrangements.
