(1) An NHS trust must furnish to the Secretary of State or NHS England such reports, returns and other information, including information as to its forward planning, as, and in such form as, the Secretary of State or NHS England may require. (2) An integrated care board may require any of its partner NHS trusts to provide it with any information that it requires. (3) Information required under sub-paragraph (2) must be provided in such form, and at such time or within such period, as may be specified by the integrated care board.
