s 111 Dental public health
(1) A local authority has such functions in relation to dental public health in England as may be prescribed. (2) The functions of a local authority under this section may be discharged— (a) by the local authority itself, (b) by the local authority and one or more other local authorities acting jointly, or (c) by any other person or body in accordance with arrangements made by the local authority . (3) In this section, “ local authority ” has the same meaning as in section 2B.
