s 119 Exclusion of contractors
(1) The Secretary of State may make regulations conferring on the Board , or another prescribed person, a right to apply to the First-tier Tribunal in prescribed circumstances for an order that a person (“P”) be disqualified from entering into a general ophthalmic services contract. (2) The regulations may in particular provide for— (a) the review by the First-tier Tribunal of an order of disqualification made by virtue of regulations under this section, (b) what will happen in relation to general ophthalmic services contracts to which P is a party when the order is made.
