s 13T Business plan
(1) Before the start of each financial year, NHS England must publish a business plan setting out how it proposes to exercise its functions in that year and each of the next two financial years. (2) The business plan must, in particular, explain how NHS England proposes to discharge its duties under— (a) sections 13E, 13G , 13L and 13Q, and (b) sections 223C to 223E. (3) The business plan must, in particular, explain how NHS England proposes to achieve the objectives, and comply with the requirements, specified in the mandate .... (3A) The fact that the mandate is revised during the period to which a business plan relates does not require NHS England to revise the plan. (4) NHS England may revise the plan. (5) NHS England must publish any revised plan.
