s 13Z1 Power to confer additional functions on NHS England
(1) Regulations may provide that NHS England is to have such additional functions in relation to the health service as may be specified in the regulations. (2) A function may be specified in regulations under subsection (1) only if the function is connected to another function of NHS England .
