s 14Z46 Joint exercise of functions with Local Health Boards
(1) Regulations may provide for any prescribed functions of an integrated care board to be exercised jointly with a Local Health Board. (2) The regulations may permit or require any functions that are exercisable jointly by an integrated care board and a Local Health Board by virtue of the regulations to be exercised by a joint committee of those bodies. (3) Arrangements made by virtue of this section do not affect the liability of an integrated care board for the exercise of any of its functions.
