s 1GA Secretary of State’s duty to report on workforce systems
(1) The Secretary of State must, at least once every five years, publish a report describing the system in place for assessing and meeting the workforce needs of the health service in England. (2) NHS England ...must assist in the preparation of a report under this section, if requested to do so by the Secretary of State.
