s 209 Orders and regulations under this Part
(1) Any power under this Part to make an order or regulations is exercisable by statutory instrument. (2) Subject to subsection (3) a statutory instrument made by virtue of this Part is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament. (3) A statutory instrument containing an order under section 196(7) may not be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament. (4) Any power under this Part to make an order or regulations— (a) may make different provision for different cases or descriptions of case or different purposes or areas, and (b) may make incidental, supplementary, consequential, transitory, transitional or saving provision.
