s 247D Secretary of State's annual report
(1) The Secretary of State must publish an annual report on the performance of the health service in England. (2) The report must include the Secretary of State's assessment of the effectiveness of the discharge of the duties under sections 1A and 1C. (3) The Secretary of State must lay any report prepared under this section before Parliament.
