s 278 Short title, extent and application
(1) This Act may be cited as the National Health Service Act 2006. (2) Subject to this section, this Act extends to England and Wales only. (3) Sections 260 to 266 in Part 13 (price of medical supplies) , and this Part to the extent that it applies to those sections, extend also to Scotland and Northern Ireland. (4) The Secretary of State may by order provide that this Act, in its application to the Isles of Scilly, has effect with such modifications as may be specified in the order.
