s 65C Suspension of directors
(1) When the appointment of a trust special administrator takes effect, the trust's chairman and executive and non-executive directors are suspended from office. (2) Subsection (1) does not affect the employment of the executive directors or their membership of any committee or sub-committee of the trust.
