In section 96B (persons discharging managerial responsibilities and connected persons)— (a) for the heading substitute “ Disclosure rules: persons responsible for compliance ” ; (b) in subsection (1) for “For the purposes of this Part” substitute “ for the purposes of the provisions of this Part relating to disclosure rules ” .
