A disclosure for the purpose of enabling or assisting the Pensions Regulator to exercise the functions conferred on it by or by virtue of any of the following— (a) the Pension Schemes Act 1993 (c. 48); (b) the Pensions Act 1995 (c. 26); (c) the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999 (c. 30); (d) the Pensions Act 2004 (c. 35); (e) any enactment in force in Northern Ireland corresponding to any of those enactments.
