(1) A disclosure for the purpose of enabling or assisting a recognised investment exchange , a recognised clearing house or a recognised CSD to exercise its functions as such. (2) In sub-paragraph (1) “ recognised investment exchange ” , “recognised clearing house” and “recognised CSD” ” have the same meaning as in section 285 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
