(1) A disclosure with a view to the institution of, or otherwise for the purposes of, disciplinary proceedings relating to the performance by a public servant of their duties. (2) In sub-paragraph (1) “ public servant ” means— (a) an individual who holds office under, or is employed by, the Crown, (b) a member, officer or employee of the States of Jersey or an officer or employee in an administration of the States of Jersey, (c) a member, officer or employee of the Jersey Financial Services Commission, or (d) any person exercising public functions who is declared by Order of the Minister for Economic Development to be a public servant for the purposes of paragraph 25 of the Schedule to the Companies (Takeovers and Mergers Panel) (Jersey) Law 2009.
