s 1045 Company contracts and execution of documents by companies
(1) The Secretary of State may make provision by regulations applying sections 43 to 52 (formalities of doing business and other matters) to overseas companies, subject to such exceptions, adaptations or modifications as may be specified in the regulations. (2) Regulations under this section are subject to negative resolution procedure.
