s 1056 Requirement to identify persons authorised to accept service of documents
Regulations under section 1046 (overseas companies: duty to register particulars) must require an overseas company to register— (a) particulars identifying every person resident in the United Kingdom authorised to accept service of documents on behalf of the company, or (b) a statement that there is no such person.
