s 1062A Analysis of information for the purposes of crime prevention or detection
(1) The registrar must carry out such analysis of information within the registrar’s possession as the registrar considers appropriate for the purposes of preventing or detecting crime. (2) See also section 1110F (which, among other things, allows the registrar to disclose information to other public authorities).
