s 1103 Documents to be drawn up and delivered in English
(1) The general rule is that all documents required to be delivered to the registrar must be drawn up and delivered in English. (2) This is subject to— section 1104 (documents relating to Welsh companies) and section 1105 (documents that may be drawn up and delivered in other languages).
