s 1287 Extension of enactments relating to business names
(1) The provisions of Part 41 of this Act (business names) extend to Northern Ireland. (2) The Business Names (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (S.I. 1986/1033 (N.I. 7)) shall cease to have effect accordingly.
