s 183 Offence of failure to declare interest
(1) A director who fails to comply with the requirements of section 182 (declaration of interest in existing transaction or arrangement) commits an offence. (2) A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable— (a) on conviction on indictment, to a fine; (b) on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum.
