s 279H Duty to notify registrar of changes of information
(1) A company must give notice to the registrar of any change in the required information about the secretary or one of the joint secretaries of the company (see sections 279J and 279K). (2) The notice must specify the date on which the change occurred. (3) A notice under this section must be given within the period of 14 days beginning with the day on which the change occurs.
