s 530 Website publication: offences
(1) In the event of default in complying with (a) section 528 (requirements as to website publication), or (b) section 529 (companies' supplementary duties in relation to request for website publication), an offence is committed by every officer of the company who is in default. (2) A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable— (a) on conviction on indictment, to a fine; (b) on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum.
