s 859G Personal information etc in certified copies
(1) The following are not required to be included in a certified copy of an instrument or debenture delivered to the registrar for the purposes of any provision of this Chapter— (a) personal information relating to an individual (other than the name of an individual); (b) the number or other identifier of a bank or securities account of a company or individual; (c) a signature. (2) The registrar is entitled without further enquiry, to accept the certified copy of an instrument whether or not any of the information in subsection (1) is contained within the instrument.
