s 901L Power to amend Act
(1) The Secretary of State may by regulations make any amendment of this Act which the Secretary of State considers necessary or expedient for the purposes of, in consequence of, or for giving full effect to this Part. (2) Regulations under this section are subject to affirmative resolution procedure.
