s 921 Publication of draft terms by registrar (division)
(1) The directors of each company involved in the division must deliver a copy of the draft terms to the registrar. (2) The registrar must publish in the Gazette notice of receipt by him from that company of a copy of the draft terms. (3) That notice must be published at least one month before the date of any meeting of that company summoned for the purposes of approving the scheme. (4) The requirements in this section are subject to section 921A (publication of draft terms on company website) and section 934 (power of court to exclude certain requirements).
