In section 107 of that Act (time for institution of proceedings)— (a) in subsection (1)— (i) omit the words from “either—” to the end of paragraph (a); (ii) for “under service law” substitute “ a service offence ” ; (b) after subsection (2) add— (3) Subsection (2) applies to proceedings for an offence under section 96(1) committed by a person liable to recall as it applies to proceedings mentioned in subsection (1) of this section.
