In section 19A of that Act (postponement of discharge of members of Army Reserve during call out), for subsection (7) substitute— (7) In subsections (3) to (5)— “ the competent military authority ” means the Defence Council or any officer of a description prescribed by regulations of the Defence Council; “ prescribed ” means prescribed by regulations of the Defence Council.
