(1) A person is within this paragraph if he is in one of Her Majesty's ships afloat. (2) In this paragraph “ Her Majesty's ships ” means all ships belonging to or used for the purposes of any of Her Majesty's forces. (3) For the purposes of this paragraph “ afloat ” means not on shore.
