In section 4 of the Uniforms Act 1894 (interpretation)— (a) in the definition of “Her Majesty's Military Forces”, for “Army Act 1955” substitute “ Armed Forces Act 2006 ” ; (b) for the definition of “Her Majesty's Naval Forces” substitute— “ Her Majesty's Naval Forces ” does not include any Commonwealth force.
