In section 146 of that Act (evidence before service courts)— (a) in the sidenote, for “courts-martial etc” substitute “ certain service courts ” ; and (b) for “courts-martial, the Courts-Martial Appeal Court and Standing Civilian Courts” substitute “ certain service courts ” .
