(1) Section 134 of that Act (effect of compensation order on subsequent award of damages in civil proceedings) is amended as follows. (2) In subsections (1) and (2) omit “or award”. (3) For subsection (3) substitute— (3) In this section “ service compensation order ” means a service compensation order under the Armed Forces Act 2006.
