In section 75 of that Act (meaning of “national court” and “service court” in that Act) for the definition of “service court” substitute— “ service court ” means— (a) the Court Martial; (b) the Service Civilian Court; (c) the Court Martial Appeal Court; or (d) the Supreme Court on an appeal brought from the Court Martial Appeal Court.
