In section 2(1) of that Act (records of births and deaths in HM ships and aircraft etc)— (a) omit paragraphs (a) and (b); (b) in paragraph (c) for “such an aircraft” substitute “ one of Her Majesty's aircraft (as defined by paragraph 1(4) of Schedule 15 to the Armed Forces Act 2006) ” .
