In Schedule 3 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (matters not subject to investigation)— (a) in paragraph 6 for the words from “proceedings at any place” to “Air Force Act 1955” substitute “ service law proceedings (as defined by section 324(5) of the Armed Forces Act 2006) (anywhere) ” ; (b) in paragraph 7 for “Courts-Martial Appeal Court” substitute “ Court Martial Appeal Court ” .
