In Schedule 1 to that Act (persons entitled to bail: supplementary provisions)— (a) in paragraph 4 of each of Parts 1 and 2, for the words from “the sentence” to the end substitute “ a sentence of a court or a sentence imposed by an officer under the Armed Forces Act 2006. ” ; and (b) in paragraph 4 of Part 3 omit the definition of “the Services Acts”.
