In Article 4 of that Order (rehabilitation of persons dealt with in service disciplinary proceedings), after paragraph (1) insert— (1A) Section 376(1) to (3) of the Armed Forces Act 2006 (“conviction” and “ sentence ” in relation to summary hearings and the SAC) apply for the purposes of this Order as they apply for the purposes of that Act.
