In section 17 (sentences passed by the Appeal Court)— (a) in the sidenote for “or 15” substitute “ , 14A or 16A ” ; (b) for subsection (1) substitute— (1) Unless the Court otherwise direct, a sentence passed by the Appeal Court under section 13, 14, 14A or 16A takes effect from the beginning of the day on which the Court Martial passed sentence. (c) omit subsection (2).
