In section 29 (power to call for report by member of trial court)— (a) in the sidenote for “trial court” substitute “ the Court Martial ” ; (b) in subsection (1) for the words from “court-martial” to “trial,” substitute “ court in the proceedings from which the appeal lies ” ; (c) omit subsection (2).
