For section 37 (provision of documents relating to trial) substitute— Provision of record of proceedings of the Court Martial (37) In the case of every appeal or application for leave to appeal to the Appeal Court, the Judge Advocate General must provide the registrar, in accordance with rules of court, with a record of the proceedings of the Court Martial.
