In section 47 (costs)— (a) in subsection (1) for “Secretary of State” in the first place where it occurs substitute “ Director of Service Prosecutions ” ; (b) in subsection (3) for the words from “case up to” to the end substitute “ proceedings (in the Supreme Court and below). ”
