s 232D Variation or revocation: appeals
(1) A person may appeal to the Court Martial Appeal Court against— (a) the variation under section 232C of an order to which the person is subject; or (b) a decision by the Court Martial not to vary or revoke such an order on an application under that section. (2) On an appeal under subsection (1), the Court Martial Appeal Court may make— (a) such orders as may be necessary to give effect to its determination of the appeal; and (b) such incidental or consequential orders as appear to it to be just.
